Brad is an experienced mining executive and Managing Director & CEO of Jupiter Mines (ASX:JMS). He previously led Bis Industries as CEO and was General Manager Corporate Development at GRD Limited. A Curtin University graduate and Chartered Accountant.
Josh Conner
Managing Director & CEO
Josh is a mining executive with extensive senior-level experience in operational leadership, exploration, and financial management across ASX and TSX-listed companies. He consolidated the Southern Cross Greenstone, transitioned Golden Horse Minerals from TSX-V to ASX, and previously held a senior commercial role at Karora Resources.
Tony Gu

Tony is a Partner at Datt Capital, a Melbourne-based investment firm focused on high-quality ASX-listed companies. With over a decade in capital markets, he brings a strong background in investment strategy, corporate finance, and public-market relations across multiple sectors.
Geoff Xue

Geoff is an experienced mining executive with strong technical and financial credentials across mineral exploration, project development, and corporate transactions. His career spans gold, phosphate, nickel, lithium, and coal. He is currently Managing Director of Cygnet Gold Pty Ltd.
Jonathan Lea
GM Operations
Jonathan is a mining executive with over 35 years across all aspects of the mineral industry. Beginning as a geologist, his recent Managing Director-level roles span project generation, corporate management, and capital raising, with a particular focus on gold in Western Australia.
Adrian Armstrong
Company Secretary & CFO
Adrian is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 25 years of senior finance experience. He has previously held CFO and Company Secretary roles at Phillips River Mining, with senior finance positions at Worley, Great Southern Limited, KPMG, and EY.
